全自動鋁框折彎機是用于制作槽鋁式中空玻璃專用設(shè)備，取代于原有傳統(tǒng)制作工藝，即鋁框四邊插腳式組裝方式。此設(shè)備可一次性完成一根鋁條制作多種凸多邊形鋁框，從而增強鋁框強度，使得中空玻璃密封效果更好，壽命更長。
主要性能特點：
除啟停操作外，所有操作均觸摸屏上完成。全中文操作界面，操作方便，自然，簡單易懂。
可以設(shè)定4種規(guī)格，32種尺寸（每種規(guī)格各8種）的玻璃原片尺寸數(shù)據(jù)，每種尺寸鋁框一次連續(xù)加工數(shù)量可設(shè)定為9999件。設(shè)備按照每種尺寸自動計算鋁框數(shù)據(jù)，進(jìn)行排序，連續(xù)加工，效率速度大幅提高。
